As 2022 comes to a close, we’re grateful for all the amazing people that partnered with us on the amazing projects and company growth that took place. This year we joined forces with Blu Realty to bring affordable, architecturally designed, family-friendly projects to East Vancouver. Blu Realty has deep roots in this community and we’re so excited we get to work with them to bring this city even more one-of-a-kind homes.

2022 in Review
New office location on Slocan Street: We kicked off a mixed-use residential and commercial development this year, which will provide us with our new office. Evoke International Design, a design firm that incorporates conceptual thinking, spatial and interior design and graphic design into its environments is our partner in bringing our office and three residential units to the next level.
La Menta: We’re selling the last units in this fantastic two and three-bedroom townhouse development, situated right in the heart of Commercial Drive. The bold exterior of this building is a must-see if you’re in the area. See more at lamenta.ca.
Main & Maison: We are currently constructing four uniquely designed homes that will connect the future buyers to East Vancouver’s trendiest neighbourhoods, Main Street and the Fraser Street culinary corner. finch + benson: We’re adding new life to a historic house on East 23rd with our finch + benson project.
