A Look Ahead to Our 2022 Projects and Predictions
/2021 was a big year for us here at Saint Group. From many multi-family home projects to expanding our team and taking time to focus further on the East Vancouver community, we took time over the holidays to spend moments with our families and gear up for a busy year ahead.

Saint’s 2022 Projects
This year our team as a whole is focused on excellence and execution. We have a large number of development projects already scheduled for construction and we want to make sure we’re providing the best service for our clients.
It’s hard to narrow them down, but the top projects we’re looking forward to this year include:

Real Estate and East Vancouver in 2022
2022 is going to see a continued diversification in construction and development projects. It’s a time for innovative buildings to create more access for buyers in a dense city.
East Vancouver especially will continue to draw in a rich and diverse population, which inevitably creates a vibrant and energized community. New families are investing in this area and putting down deep roots. We see East Vancouver as the hub of grassroots ideas that will help lead Vancouver into the future.
This year the Saint team is excited to learn more about and support the Net Zero Emissions Building Plan. The future of our planet is important to us, and this is a great way for us to help protect the environment for future generations. To make this happen, our team is being trained in the new bylaws, policies, and guidelines so we can really be a leader on sustainability in our industry while maintaining our high standards.
