G’day! My name is Scott Sheen and I am the founder and owner of Saint Construction Management. I first started in the construction industry in 1994 at the tender age of 16 as a tradesperson in country Victoria, Australia. After becoming a qualified tradesperson, I ventured into the world of business and real estate at the age of 21. During the coming years I expanded my education in small business management, construction and project management before making a move internationally. Arriving in Vancouver in 2006 I set about building a career in management & was very successful with various companies running large Residential, Commercial and Industrial work. Although exciting and fulfilling the passion for leadership and a keen eye for the real estate industry was a driving force for me to establish Saint Construction and affiliated companies in 2011.
With a commitment that extended past building quality homes - I wanted to build stronger communities. Saint has grown into a well respected and high-quality builder that is ever evolving that I enjoy being involved with everyday. As a family man, I understand that your home is a haven. At Saint Construction, we take great pride in knowing we are increasing the quality of life for young, growing families throughout the lower mainland. We listen to what our clients want, need and most importantly - expect. A vast majority of our work comes through referrals from past clients and subcontractors.
