Here at Saint we have worked with a lot of young families in the East Vancouver area. These families are typically living in smaller, bungalow style homes which were fine when their children were young, but not so as they have grown. No one wants to leave the area they live in because they are out growing their home and with Saint in the neighborhood, you won't have to! 

"We had our house rebuilt from studs and had a second story added to accommodate our young family of 4. When we hired Saint Construction to do the job, we could tell right away Scott, Danny and the rest of the team were focused on one thing - building our dream home. We know Saint has had much bigger jobs, but we never felt any less important in their eyes. They’ve bent over backwards to make sure our home was the best it could be and that our dollar stretched as far as it could. Most important, attention to quality and detail were always top notch. Communication was great. Our neighbours made the point of telling us how the crew were always conscientious and kept noise down as low they could. We hired Scott Sheen and Saint Construction Management from late 2016 – 2017 to renovate our Parker Street house in East Vancouver.  Originally built in 1910, our house was tired, broken and in major disrepair.  Respecting its original lines and character, Saint Construction completely rebuilt our home, foundation and all, to meet modern building codes, safety requirements, and lifestyle demands. 

Throughout the build, we found everyone on Saint’s team, and all their subcontractors, to be reliable, trustworthy, professional, and a true joy to work with.  Danny, our project manager, made sure every detail was perfect.
