We're so happy to announce that we took home ourselves a fancy little 2017 Ovation Award!
You may not recognize them all scrubbed up, but these two dapper gents are Scott Sheen and Danny Cravino of Saint. These guys took out the award for Best Renovation $400,000-$699,999 category for the Ross St Modern project, designed by evokeid and built by (of course) Saint Construction. We've got a lot on right now guys.
Just to give you a quick update on what's going on, we've got a few projects happening right here in East Van that are moving right along - the sunshine and warm weather is helping too! Up goes the roof on this bungalow top floor addition.
Not only that but, we've just started on this small home with our common theme of creating more space in a crowded city. Yes, the roof is getting peeled off this one too and we're going straight up.
And lastly, not leastly, we've got an exciting project on the North Shore modern addition. We're pretty keen to get going on this, we're eager to make yet another dream home...
We've made the finals in both!
In both the CHBA Awards for Housing Excellence and the GVHBA Ovations Awards, we have landed two finalists spots.
Our Ross Street home is in the running for Best Renovation under $500,000 meanwhile our Graveley Street home is going for Best Heritage Renovation. We're thrilled to have made the finals for both awards. We'll be keeping you updated on what happens.
